  4. Template:    
  5. Purpose:    Restore the previously stacked directory
  6. Path:        Internal
  7. Specification:    POPCD removes the top entry from the directory stack and
  8.     makes it the current working directory. In case the directory
  9.     stack is empty, SYS: will be made the current directory.
